Are you looking for relevant information about Unitex Capital? Do you want to know Is Unitex Capital A Scam?
Can you make money here?
Welcome to my review on Unitex Capital!
I decided to check out what this investment scheme is all about because it’s one of the most recent money-making opportunities in the digital currency MLM domain.
Maybe someone has been trying to convince you to partake in this investment opportunity, and you came here to do some research about it.
There is good news for you, as this brief review will give you details about the company, its compensation plan and products to enable you to make the right decision.
Is Unitex Capital A Scam – Company Review
Unitex Capital is an MLM company that operates in the digital currency space.
Director Matthew Stevens is the person who runs the company.
If you go to the company’s website, you’ll get this information there: Matthew Stevens is our director, and he was born on May 11, 1987, in Croatia.
You won’t find any digital footprint of Matthew Stevens if you search through the internet.
He doesn’t have any social media account as well.
“Matthew Stevens” isn’t a Croatian name. Are his parents American or British and he was born in Croatia?
From what I can see, there is nobody by that name.
The company was incorporated in New Zealand as Unitex Capital Limited.
However, the whole thing looks fake after a careful examination of the details of the incorporation.
January 23rd, 2020 was when the domain “unitex-capital.com” was registered privately.
On their website, the company claims to have been providing New Zealanders with stable and “risk-free” income since 2017, even though they just started operating few months ago.
How can Unitex Capital “been providing New Zealanders with stable and risk-free income since 2017” when their domain was registered on January 2020?
Everything about this company, from its claims to its ownership, just looks bogus.
Products Offered by Unitex Capital
In terms of having retail services or products to sell to clients, the company has none.
The only thing you can do is to be an affiliate and convince others to join the company.
Most regulatory bodies would classify Unitex Capital as a pyramid scheme, since the company provides no retail services or products .
Ranks in Unitex Capital
The company has a total of eight ranks.
A breakdown of the requirement for each rank is given below:

- VIP – make an investment of $30,000 and persuade others to invest a minimum of $30,000,000
Unitex Capital employs a unilevel compensation plan in paying referral commissions.
In a unilevel compensation plan, an affiliate is placed above every other affiliate they recruit (level one).
A new affiliate recruited by a level-one affiliate is placed on level two of the unilevel team of the original affiliate.
A new affiliate sponsored by any level-two affiliate is placed on level three, and this goes on and on.
Payment of referral commissions is based on rank and a percentage of the funds invested across the whole unilevel downline.
The Fee for Joining Unitex Capital
Although it’s completely free for anyone to become an affiliate of Unitex Capital, you need to invest at least 1 ETH, 0.01 BTC or $50 to get any passive returns.
Unitex Capital – Last Words
So, is Unitex Capital genuine?
The fact that Unitex Capital is using new investment money to pay existing investors off makes Unitex Capital a Ponzi scheme.
Unitex Capital claims that cryptocurrency is their external source of income.
Their website says, “Our company generates income for itself and its clients via crypto trading.”
The company has no evidence to support this claim.
Besides, why would these anonymous owner(s) need affiliates to invest if they could really make a daily ROI of 4.2%?
If you can get that kind of return, you wouldn’t need money from new affiliates to pay off existing members.
The compound effect alone would make them a fortune, even if they start with a small investment.
As regards their owner, Matthew Stevens, he doesn’t exist.
The fact is that the fake ROI returns paid to existing members are actually from new investments.
Of course, the company will crumble when recruitment slows down, and you’ll lose your money to these fake owner(s).
My recommendation is that you should have nothing to do with Unitex Capital.
Unitex Capital is similar to other crypto SCAM programs I’ve reviewed on this blog such as:
