Is iBuumerang A Scam Or A Big Money MLM?

Is iBuumerang A Scam Or A Big Money MLM?

Many people have heard about iBuumerang and are wondering Is iBuumerang A Scam and can you make money with this MLM?

I have heard stories about a new travel-based network company called iBuumerang, and I took my time to research this company to know what it’s all about.

I will be glad to share all I know about this business opportunity in this article.

So if you want to know if this company is a scam or legit, you have come to the right place.

iBuumerang Is A Travel Based Network Marketing Company

Is iBuumerang A Scam Or A Big Money MLM?

The brain behind this travel-based network company is Holton Buggs, a network marketing guru.

Holton has made more than $50 million in the network marketing industry, so he is well experienced in the field.

Before creating this new platform, he was with Organo Gold for a long period, but I can’t tell about their current relationship.

Holton is the CEO and Chairman of iBuumerang, and David Manning is the President and CEO of XStream Travel.

Together, they are the main creative force behind iBuumerang.

The MLM industry knows Holton as the Chief Visionary Officer of Organo Gold.

Holton Buggs was removed from Organo Gold’s corporate leadership page some months ago.

From what I know so far, no public statement has been issued from both parties about Buggs departure.

Late 2019, there were reports that Buggs was promoting a Ponzi scheme called IQ Chain.

Holton Buggs was officially credited as the company’s strategic adviser.

However, it was obvious that Buggs had total control over all the company’s marketing operations (Specifics were not publicly disclosed).

IQ chain collapsed in December, and its name was re branded to IQ Legacy.

Alexa ranking showed a total collapse from late January for the IQ Legacy website.

It appears like Buggs took whatever money he was paid and left the company quietly.

Like I mentioned earlier, there was no public disclosure of the specific of Holton’s relationship with the company.

iBuumerang Has An Experienced Leadership Team

Buggs has the following individuals on his leadership team:

  • David Manning (CEO & President at XStream Travel)
  • Terrance Gray “T.Gray” (VP of Business Development)
  • Mark Kithcart (VP of Marketing)
  • Peter Hirsch (Chief Giving Officer of the Buum Foundation)
  • Lori Speers (Director of Travel Services)

For a detailed description of each member of the iBuumerang leadership team, Click Here.

His team members have the required skills and experience, and they are familiar with network marketing business operations.

I have done lots of reviews on travel-based companies in the past, and I did not come across any that is performing well.

However, Holton Buggs is determined that his latest venture is the exception.

iBuumerang Offers Discount Travel Packages

Is iBuumerang A Scam Or A Big Money MLM?

iBuumerang offers travel discount access to its customers.

This travel discount runs through iBuumerang’s iGo booking engine, which gives you access to discounted flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and so on.

You can make 25% commissions as a Travel Saving Ambassador on the platform when you use their booking engine.

The company operates a travel discount system called iGo.

Everything they do is designed to offer customers access to this discount engine. In fact, it is their primary offering.

This discount engine iGo is the backbone of the company and customers use it to access discounted travel packages made available through Manning’s Travel company XStream Travel.

These travel packages include:

  • Flights
  • Rental Cars
  • Timeshares
  • Hotels
  • Cruses
  • Vacation Homes and Condo Rentals

Holton Buggs Personally Explains The Compensation Plan

Is iBuumerang A Scam Or A Big Money MLM?

Just like most great network marketing firms, members receive rewards when they sponsor new business representatives or get retail customers.

iBuumerang also offers rewards to its members. But their rewards are totally different from other travel MLM firms I’ve previously reviewed.

I don’t want to explain the company’s compensation plan and mess things up for you, so I would want you to hear everything directly from Holton Buggs in the video below.

Buggs video is about 1 hour long. I’ve posted another video below that’s much shorter, about 10 minutes long.

Just a quick point about Horton Buggs’s video. You may be thinking why should I watch it if I’m not going to join?

Horton Buggs is a leader. He’s a powerhouse salesman.

If you want to develop charisma in selling anything, you can learn a lot from watching videos of some of the top network marketing leaders like Horton Buggs.

iBuumerang Compensation Plan – Holton Buggs

Here is another shorter video, about 10-12 minutes long, also explaining the compensation package:

Now you have heard about the iBuumerang compensation plan from Mr. Buggs personally, continue reading to know more about iBuumerang.

Joining iBuumerang as an affiliate will cost you at least 49.95 dollars per month. However, you can choose to pay for other expensive global packages like:

  • Coach Class, which costs $250 plus $49.95 per month
  • Business Class, which costs $500 plus $99 monthly
  • First Class, which costs $1000 plus $99 each month.

The core difference between these packages is the commission rate.

iBuumerang Is A Legit Network Marketing Company

Is iBuumerang A Scam Or A Big Money MLM?

iBuumerang is a legit company offering discount travel packages on a network marketing platform.

In my opinion, iBuumerang is legit because Buggs is not the type of individual who would start a scam company on purpose.

However, is iBuumerang getting more retail sales than affiliate sales?

The best way to know is to see how the numbers stack up.

What is the percent of retail sales in comparison to sales from ner recruits joining iBuumerang?

Why is this importnt, you may ask?

According to the Federal Trade Commission, If they are getting more affiliates than customers, then it’s pretty close to a pyramid scheme.

However, if they are getting more retail than affiliate sales, then iBuumerang is not a pyramid scheme.

Another thing to do is to ensure the discounts they offer are totally worth it since mainstream sites do not charge people for using their booking engines.

If you are the type that travels a lot and the discounts you see are attractive, then you can give it a try.

However, there are some things you should consider before joining this MLM.

Joining iBuumerang can be expensive, depending on the travel package you want to purchase.

Also, some individuals will say the compensation plans are complex.

When I read that statement I laughed because ALL network marketing compensation plans are complicated and flat-out make my head hurt!

However, this is not an indicator that iBuumerang is a scam company. The platform is legit.

iBuumerang Is Not Associated With The Better Business Bureau Which Actually Means Nothing

IBuumeraggg has not been rated or accredited with the BBB.

Since it is a new company, we believe this will change as time goes on.

iBuuremerang is gradually growing. Currently, the company has about 20,000 distributors and more than 24,000 customers.

At the time if writing this blog post, it is estimated that ibuumerang has around 200,000 users, and has booked over 25,000 trips so far.

Saving their members over $71,000,000 is an impressive accomplishment.

This company is certainly not a scam and might be worth a look if you are thinking of joining a solid MLM opportunity.

Also, iBuumerang is not a Pyramid scheme.

Pyramid schemes rely on fresh recruits to generate income, which is a big problem because it will eventually collapse when there are no new recruits.

iBuumerang recruit people as a way to grow the company. Also, they sell legit travel packages to customers.

iBuumerang will still be in business if there is no MLM structure since they offer real products and services to their customers.

In other words, iBuumerang has actual retail products you can purchase without becoming a member of the business.

Thus, they offer a business opportunity for people who have the interest to grow their income while building a team.

However, It’s my personal opinion and experience that there is something better than becoming involved with a network marketing organization.

Multi-level marketing is not the best business model for the average man or woman to create long-term, sustainable wealth.

Below are 12 rock-solid reasons why you want to think twice about becoming involved with multi-level marketing:

Multi-Level Marketing Is Not A Good Business Model To Follow

  1. According to FTC, 99% of all MLM participants lose money
  2. The chances of profiting by starting your own small business are 38% more than by joining an MLM
  3. The profitability rate of running an online business is 10% – 20% higher than the profitability rate of joining an MLM
  4. According to AARP Foundation, 47% of MLM participants lose money and 27% make no money whatsoever
  5. Among the 26% who actually earn a profit, 53% of them earn less than $5000 a year
  6. 39% of MLM participants quit because pitching products and services to friends and family jeopardized their relationships
  7. At least 50% of MLM reps quit within 1 year after joining an MLM and 95% quit within 10 years
  8. 75% of those who have joined and left an MLM state that they would never join another MLM in their life
  9. A 2018 poll of 1049 MLM reps across various companies found that most of them make less than 70 cents an hour,
  10. 20% of them never made a sale
  11. 60% of them had earned less than $500 in sales over the past five years
  12. 32% of them acquired credit card debt to finance their MLM involvement

Here are some additional resources that will help you understand the importance of building your own business, not someone else’s:

Building Your Own Affiliate Marketing Business Is A Better Alternative Than Network Marketing

When you join a network marketing company, you are told that “this is your business.”

However, there is one very serious aspect no one thinks about.

The “done-for-you” website that iBuumerang provides it’s is the exact same website all the other associates are using.

Your website is the main ingredient which determines your online presence for years to come.

However, you have no control over the content – the MLM uplines have control and they always will.

It’s impossible to get free, organic traffic to your so-called “website” because in the eyes of Google, your website is considered duplicate content.

Google and the other search engines HATE replicated, “done-for-you” websites.

The search engines Google, Bing and Yahoo won’t rank this type of website at all.

This is HUGE!

This means you really don’t have control over your business because the main leverage for marketing, the website, really isn’t yours.

When you build your own original affiliate marketing website, you actually have CONTROL, genuine control, over your own online presence.

When you join any network marketing opportunity, you actually forfeit your online presence – your leverage – for the benefit of the company.

My suggestion is to build your own affiliate marketing business with the help of Wealthy Affiliate.

These same people got their start from Wealthy Affiliate.
